Shifting & Transition

Happy Saturday! Can you all believe that we are at the end of the first quarter of the year? Where does the time go? As I look back on the last three months, I’ve noticed just how much I’ve evolved and how God is really knitting and putting things together on my behalf. I’m currently going through a lot of shifts and transitions and as overwhelming as it has been I’m excited to see what God has for me to spring forth.

When I think back on all of the times that I was in the midst of concluding something and transitioning to something else I often feel a shift in the transition. I begin to become real reflective and think back over the journey all the highs and all the lows. One thing that often stands out to me is how much I change and mature not just naturally but also spiritually. I have been watching God prepare me for so many different things and opening doors that I prayed about years ago.

When I think about transitions I think about how scary they can be and how unknowing as well as skeptical it can feel. I’m learning in this phase of my life to trust God with everything. Trusting Him with what I don’t even understand and take one thing and day at a time. I find myself often being challenged and in my challenge I find that God has been preparing my all along. It’s not about my pace but submitting to God’s pace. With all of that being said shifting and transitions aren’t easy but with God they are possible to get through.

My prayer today is that whatever shifting and transitions that you are going through, I pray that you stay and stick close to God. I pray that you trust the process and not abort the mission. God will see you through.
