Faith That Does Not Waver

Writer: yourstrulyebblogyourstrulyebblog

Happy Saturday friends! If you're reading this I want to tell you that you have successfully made it through the first week of 2024! Some of you may read this and say "yes!", others may read this and say "barely..." Either way I want to congratulate you because whether it was with ease or not just know that this year has so much to offer and you can count your faith and God's word on it.

As we continue to ease into this new year, many people may very will still be on this new year high. The high of everything starting over, fresh, and new perspectives. I want to not only encourage you but challenge you to keep this high all year round. We can't predict what this year will look like or be like but what we can do is stand on God's word and His promises that He has spoken to us. Whatever that may be this year choose to stand firm and not waver. Make a decision to have un-moveable faith this year. Choose to just sit back and watch God be God on your behalf.

I've seen a lot of people share that they didn't make vision boards or write down specific goals for this year; that they were simply just giving their year to God and trusting Him. As easy as that sounds it sometimes isn't all that easy. Trust me, I know from experience. Something else that I do know is that learning to trust God is possible though and it doesn't have to be as hard as we may make it. There's just a level of joy that comes with un-shakeable and unwavering faith. I've personally experienced it. There's a peace and surety that comes with knowing God will not be put to shame concerning you life. There's a level of comfort and safety in knowing that God is going on your behalf.

Today I want to challenge you to walk the rest of 2024 with faith that does not waver. Agree with God about your life in every manner. Don't let naysayers, distractions, and what you don't see YET to let doubt creep in and your faith to become shaken.

My prayer today is that the God that moves outside of time will show Himself mighty and faithful in all of our 2024. I pray that our faith will make us whole. I pray that this year will be a year where we can all truly look back and say "God did that!"

With love,

-Yours Truly, Eb
